SIZES UP TO MAXIMUM TRANSPORT DIMENSIONS
Make use of our spacious powder coating plant and have your parts powder-coated to a size up to the maximum transport dimension.
This saves on complex assembly as well as the associated time and costs.
It is possible to coat parts weighing up to 4300kg and that have the following dimensions:
Width: 2700mm
Height: 3500mm
Length: 12000mm

Steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and stainless steel can undergo the powder coating process.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The following set-up can be withdrawn from the internal company structure:

Free jet cabins with the following dimensions: Width: 2700mm, Length: 12000mm, Height: 3500mm

Your components can be optimally sand-blasted in our high-pressure jet cabins.The smooth zinc surface is abraded through the illumination of galvanised steel parts (sweeping) through which the powder is able to anchor itself well.
> Glass bead blasting is possible for small parts out of stainless steel and
   non ferrous metals.
> Wash cubicle for the degreasing and phosphating of steel parts.
> Cabin for the staining of aluminium
> No-rinse-cabin for the passivation of the stained surface.
> Powder enamelling furnace for large components:
> Width: 2700mm, Length: 12000mm, Height: 3500mm

POWDER COATINGS – a large variety of colour tones possible
Coating takes place in all RAL-colourings, NCS-colourings as well as in customer-specific shades as requested.Various gloss grades and structure-types can be obtained by means of effect powder coating. Micaceous iron colours are also possible.
Only quality-powder paint is used. The baking temperature depends on the different types of powder coating.

REPAIR WORK: Damaged parts can be repaired through a special process. It is possible to make repairs with all RAL-colour shades using spray paint.
